CHERYL RICHARD
C.E.O/FOUNDER/PRESIDENT

Cheryl D. Richard *Speaker *Poet*Confidante*Talk Show Host Greetings! I would like to graciously introduce myself. My name is Cheryl D. Richard. Although, I am fondly known as “Dee" to my fellow Batchelor, LA natives. I am a proud mother of three children (Ronald Jr., Ishmeil, and ZaVaun. Also, I have ten grandchildren. My mother, Ruby Weir-Richard is one of my greatest cheerleaders. I am wholly committed to being a true servant; who serves with Agape Love.

I serve with this type of love in my heart, and hands. I adore people. We are all made in God's image. Therefore, it is easy for me to love, give, and forgive. In this life, I have learned to not take no person for granted. God plants others in our lives for various reasons. I do not regret my interaction with anyone; who has partaken in my life. Many individuals have passed through my life. The Lord has removed people from my life; actually, some of those individuals had caused pain in my life. Each person was placed in my life to help me get in position for my destiny. God has predestined a purpose for my life. Therefore, I live a life with H.E.A.R.L. (Help Edify Anyone Respectfully and Trustworthily).

I learned who I was in Christ. I quit worrying about the how(s) in my life; because I knew who Jesus was. If I would have chosen to worry, I would have not needed to pray. If exercised my right to pray, I definitely did not need to worry. I believe in having WAW (Word and Worship) in life; it works! An honest attempt would immensely beat failure! I have learned to cease making excuses, in order to pursue my purpose. An excuse is merely a lie on a crutch! I had to stay focused! I had to go through the process to reach progression! I am a blood bought believer in Deuteronomy 28:1-14. I am beyond blessed! I am fully persuaded that God can perform what he has promised. As long as I commit my works to the Lord, my plans shall be established.

As I've traveled through this journey of life; I have faced many detours. However, I have learned that I must follow, and use the best G.P.S. (God's Path In Scripture). Things might become delayed; nevertheless, they will not be denied. Most people have visions and dreams concerning their lives. I am no exception! Albeit, things do not always go our way. Now, I know that it's okay. It should not go my way; things should go God's way! My endeavors were to finish college, and get married. Next, I desired to purchase a home, and have children. Although, things did not occur in that sequence. I ended up getting pregnant on prom night. I got married at the age of twenty. Nevertheless, God gave three seeds to life through me. Those three lives gave me joy to live every second of my life. At one point in my life, I wanted to end my life. My children gave me a reason to not commit suicide.  Sometimes, poor decisions are birthed through bad experiences.  I've been around the mountains, and through the valleys. I have lost all of my worldly goods twice in my life. I have had little; I've had a lot. I've had enough; also, I have had just enough. Nonetheless, I can attest to God's goodness through it all! Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. He never changes and never fails. I have lost two houses. Hence, my passion is to help others save their homes. My season of homelessness catapulted my desire to place individuals, and families into homes. I would like to provide shelter (Virtue of H.O.P.E.) Helping Other People Emerge. During my marriage, I found myself putting my husband before God. Now, I live Matthew 6:33, "First seek ye the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be given unto you." Seemingly, my former husband was the ideal mate. Unfortunately, my then husband developed a drug habit. Fortunately, he was later delivered from the bondage of drug abuse, and became a preacher. Years following, my ex-spouse fell into sexual sin. Also, he abused me both physically and mentally. Hence, I had to fall back in love with the right man once more. That was Jesus. As a result, of that test, I authored a poem called “A Lover Like: Jesus Is All I Need." Also, I'm working on a book entitled, “Broken Vows Behind The Veil." It is the story of a woman's brokenness, and breakthrough after her husband's sexual sin. The story is about a preacher's wife. The wife was victimized both physically, and mentally.
